Belgian Travel Summit basic package: 1.500€ VAT excl.
Belgian Travel Summit executive package, upgrade to business class on “first come, first served” basis: 2.250€ VAT excl. Cost of the upgrade: 750€ VAT excl. Places are limited.
As a participant, you are offered the possibility to compensate your ecological footprint at 26,42€ (VAT incl.) which stands for compensating 2,18 ton CO2 emission.
Your participation will be final once your payment has been received on the Belgian Travel Summit Account at CBC: “UPAV–VVR-ABTO-CLIA”, IBAN: BE20 732049887656 with the exact amount, VAT included, with your full name and company name.

- the Belgian Travel Summit will only take place if the minimum number of paying participants is 55
- at least 7 days before departure, the registered participants will be informed of a cancellation due to insufficient number of participants
- subscribing to the Belgian Travel Summit is no guarantee that the summit will take place.
- in case of cancellation no claim for damages to the Parties will be possible
- the participants must take out the necessary insurance for assistance themselves

The Belgian Travel Summit is only using the collected data within the line of the organization of and reporting on the summit. The data are used within the view of optimizing your experience at the Summit.
