the organizers accept no liability whatsoever for the proper conduct of the Summit and the effective execution of other related services, and that they do not assume the role of organizers in the meaning of the law of 21 November 2017;
the Belgian Travel Summit will only take place if the minimum number of paying participants is 55
at least 7 days before departure, the registered participants will be informed of a cancellation due to insufficient number of participants
subscribing to the Belgian Travel Summit is no guarantee that the summit will take place.
in case of cancellation no claim for damages to the Parties will be possible
the participants must take out the necessary insurance for assistance themselves
